Archived Records
Records prior to the above dates are now held in the SurreyHistory Centre , Goldsworth Rd, Woking, Surrey.
The registers date from 1560, but it is an eighteenth-century transcript translated from Latin that survives. The first volume contains two books of unequal size in parchment bound together; the first part has baptisms, marriages, and burials to 1667 with one baptism of 1675, and the second baptisms and burials to 1776 and marriages to 1753. The second book contains marriages from 1754 to 1812, and the third baptisms and burials from 1777 to 1812. A cross-referenced index of entries in all the registers was compiled in the 1960s for all entries from 1560 to 1960, and this index is available in Surrey History Centre.
